The BBPS is to gaming tattoos what Kotaku is to gaming cakes. Our friend, the charming Dan Zucarelli, never fails to turn up some new piece of video game related tattoo-ery. This time he's managed to find not just a sleeve or a single Tri-Force, but entire back tattoo dedicated to the One-Winged Angel himself, Sephiroth. Pretty impressive and I really like the style, but for myself (even though I'm covered in tattoos) I still haven't found the video game tattoo that I would like having actually adorning my body. It would have to be something subtle... like maybe those wrist chain tattoos on your character in BioShock. Hmmmm..

It is said that art imitates life. To be able to express oneself creatively is both powerful and fulfilling. True creativity resides within all of us, but because of the power of creativity those that aren’t ‘naturally gifted’ feel intimidated to even try. By breaking down the fundamental layers of creativity, we see that the process of creating art is not only simple, but can be applied to all activities of your life – whether you are organizing a file cabinet or painting a self portrait, these 7 steps will help you find art in all that you do in life.

Imagine you’re painting a picture. You find a nice spot, on the beach. You find an appropriate angle, where you will have an interesting view of the sea, with the beach and a palm tree coming in on one side. In the distance, there is a city skyline. It’s a perfect scene.

Now, many would assume that the creative process involves simply transferring this beautiful image onto a canvas, that this is what it takes to be creative. I’m here to tell you that creativity is in fact a much deeper process than this. It involves many layers of thought and meaning. The good news, is that this in fact makes it easier for anyone to get in touch with their creative side.

It’s the word “hellbent,” in an elaborate henna tattoo style. There are heart shapes in it, both from the observer’s angle and mine. The left side says “hell” and the right “bent.” The “h” and “b” are large and stylized lowercase letters; the “ell” and the “ent” are contained in each one, respectively. If you don’t see it, well, just ask me at a show. I’ll be happy to point it out.

I like that it’s elegant, yet big enough to be kind of badass. I like that I can choose to explain as much or as little as I please. I like that it gives me another opportunity to tell people just how awesome Cory’s music is. I love that it’s a daily reminder and inspiration for how I want to live my life; that the tattoo itself is an exercise in making a decision, acting on it, and living with the consequences.

This is a very funny looking tattoo , the skull of a man smoking a cigarette. Nice intricate designs surrounding the tattoo all over. It looks cool and hip. Also, I guess the person has inked his own name and surname above and beneath the tattoo. This tattoo has been inked on the guy’s leg. Well, with the global tattoo craze still on, am sure we will witness many more such weirdly funny tattoos in near future.

You could get a tattoo in a more visible area of the body, but probably that’s not what you want. It is a matter of personal choice and preference and as such, tongue tattoos are entirely a matter of expression as you like it best. There are plenty of designs to select from apart from the fact that you may want to take along your own design. Since tongue tattoos are size compromised getting very intricate designs is not advisable. This is because such designs would not be as detailed when drawn because the drawing is too close together. As such, instead of having very defined lines, what would be visible to most is a thicker outlined tongue tattoo.

My friend JSD told me that I was either full on of full off. This was concerning tattoos. I told them that if I ever got any, I'd get them pretty much everywhere, with a full on complete theme, something like Grendel teeth (from the comic Grendel by Matt Wagner) all over the body, at the gates of power, on the legs, arms and back. Now his tattoo isn't anything like this woman's. It's a full sleeve tattoo, covering most of his left arm, combining elements of Buddhism and traditional Thai tattooing. I have some pictures, but at his logical request, I am not going to post any. A shame though, because his tattoo is magnificent. Not too much in your face, very subtle and deep. A lot of shades of gray mixed in with a little bit of red, the four precepts of Buddhism shine in bright red across his forearm. A 3/4 face of Buddha adorns his shoulder.

I'm just finishing up Friday Night Live. I have to say that one of the most funny moments, was John's winge about Gaelan. Hilarious. John managed to win FNL and took Claire to the rewards room. It looks like Katie will be the one to go, though the Australian online betting site Centrebet is putting heavy odds on Jamie's departure.
The American Big Brother series will be an all-star version. However, contrary to Big Brother shows all over the world, in the American one, the public does not vote who stays in or out, the housemates decided this. This is a major problem with Big Brother USA because the housemates normally vote out the most entertaining housemates out first. This time though, the public will vote who goes into the house or who doesn't. This is all because of the success of Survivor, where the survivors vote other castaways out. CBS probably thinks that they have to use the same format as Survivor for their Big Brother series.
